CROWN JEWEL TINS COLLECTION c. 1915 Lithographed tinplate. Comprising two jewel encrusted embossed crowns. The first with wide ermine trim and shaped band surrounding red velvet trimmed in gold lift off lid the second for Pearcks Butter & Tea of red velvet with lift off lid centering a handle in the form of a cross. Together with a casket form candy tin by John Buchanan Bros. Scotland elaborately embossed sides with scrolls and inset jewels framing scenes of richly attired medieval troubadours and maidens.
