Engraved with Art Nouveau floral design, pendant bail, Birmingham hallmarked with TB makers mark. No monograms. Good condition with normal wear & tarnish. The larger cutter has what appears to be a horn case. Cutter has some loss to the case on two corners and is pulling away from the metal frame on one corner. Internal parts and blade have oxidation.
