  GERMAN 3RD REICH HITLER YOUTH DRESS KNIFE WITH SHEATH A...An extremely nice and complete Hitler Youth knife, with original sheath and frog. The blade is clearly marked RZM M7/5 on the ricasso. The blade has been ground, probably to remove an inscription. It is possible that it was originally Damascus, but it is hard to tell due to the grind marks. Regardless, the RZM marks are very strong and clear. Dimensions: the blade is 5.5 inches long, and the knife is 10.5 inches overall. Processing and shipping with in the continental U.S. $25.00 plus replacement cost insurance. Condition: The blade has been ground, and has a rough finish. The frog is dry, but solid. The sheath retains most of its paint, and the hilt is excellent. Witherell's strives to provide as much information and photographs as possible but encourages in-person inspection by bidders.   NAZI GERMAN RAD ENLISTED MANS DAGGER, WW2 A German Nazi RAD enlisted man's dagger, Ewer, World War 2, with sheath. Motto etched on blade: "Arbeit Adelt" (Labor Enobles). Stag handle grips, attached by two screws on each side. Crisp motto, bladespine thick with blood gutter on each side. Swastika appears within the RAD spade on the lower scabbard fitting. Originally introduced in 1936 and issued to officers of the Reichs Arbeits Dienst (National Labor Corps). Two small notches etched in the metal on one side just below the guard. Etched in blade above the guard: "Ges. Gesch Original". Blade length: 9 3/4" (24.7 cm), Overall: 15 3/4" (40 cm) Condition: good condition overall for age and use.

Overall good condition with expected signs of use and wear.

Estimate ?300-500 Blade with a few light scratches and a couple of small light blemishes but essentially clean clearly marked Tiger Solingen. Some light spotting at hilt some small knocks to quillons general dulling to the leather on the grip and somewhat grubby also a few small knocks to the circular pommel tip the leather on the scabbard cover has perished and is not in good condition general tarnishing to the metal mounts with some scratching. This does appear to be an original WWII dagger but please request additional images. Overall fair.
