Condition: Very good condition with good but lightly pitted bores.?It retains most of the Damascus pattern on the barrels and the wood is very good.?This was a fine double in its day and it still has a lot of life left.

Butt plate has considerable wear consistent with use in the field.

Checkered half-pistolgrip stock of figured dark walnut. Round knob. Makers hard rubber buttplate. barrel: L28'' overall: L44'' Very good condition as partially redone. Barrels show 95% reblued finish turning brown over some older spotting and marks. Damascus pattern is barely visible. Left barrel shows bulges and dents. Right barrel shows light dents. Bore shows light to medium pitting. Action/barrels show slight looseness. Recoated wood shows redone uneven checkering. Stock shows a crack on the right side of the grip and a few impressions. Forend shows numerous nicks.

Stock and butt plate in good condition. Has auto ejector. Right firing pin stays in fired position.

Left barrel is missing nipple. Trigger guard is missing front screw. Stock has dings and scratches, no cracks. Bores have uniform discoloration. See images for more details on condition. Condition: Very good condition with very good bores. There is some minor pitting in the barrels but it will probably polish out. The barrels show most of their Damascus pattern with a mixture of original blue brown patina and gun metal gray. The receiver has an added cold blue finish with good case colors on the water table and protected areas. The stocks rate very good to near excellent as refinished and the wood to metal fit is excellent.
