of squated baluster form with a tapered neck, two handles formed as gilded lion heads, the body featuring light pink, red and yellow roses with a gold tooled detail, the rim is gilded with a tooled design, all against a light yellow and pink ground, on a rounded stand with four feet formed as lion paws with laurel leaves. marked with factory mark in green underglaze and E. Wilber 1895 in gilt underglaze under jardiniere and stand; overall height including stand: 28 cm (11 in.)
CONDITION
In age-appropriate condition. Minor surface dirt around the lion handles and paw feet. Rubbing to the gilt on the four paws. Minor scuffs and scratches to the gilded rim. Inspection under UV shows no apparent signs of restoration or repairs.
