The urn with relief images of gladiators fighting lions on the sides in between anthemion designs double handles with finials supported by busts foliate design on the lid surmounted by a pinecone finial. The tray is cast with an inner relief band depicting a Bacchanale procession of figures and animals surrounded by wreathed images of Roman coins.
