STERLING. ITALIAN STERLING MOUNTED ORNATE FIGURAL Duck Pitcher. A sterling mounted Italian figural pitcher decorated with enamel. The glass body is crafted in the form of a duck with swooping lines representing the wings and breast; the mount to the neck chased to emulate feathers; the handle textured to represent plumage; and the cover is an exquisitely detailed duck's head with an articulated beak/head spout. From an Eastchester, NY estate. Dimensions: 10.25" in height. Condition: Good, with light surface scratches and minor dings/dents.
