An English Sterling Silver Tea and Coffee Set by Robert Harper, London, ca. 1871-72 With chased and repousee floral body, acanthus leaf handle and figural bird finials. The set consists of a teapot, approx. 8"H x 9"W, handle with ivory insulators, a coffee pot, approx. 10-1/2"H x 9"W, ivory or bone insulators, a waste bowl with two handles, approx. 5"H x 8"W, and a creamer, approx. 6"H x 4-1/2"W. Image of a boar engraved within the plain on the sides. Offered with a non-matching silver plated tray, approx. 25"L x 15"W. The four pieces are marked on the undersides. Overall weight without the tray is approx. 76 toz.
