This is the second example we know of - the first was in the Ward Kimball collection and sold in November 2014.
Condition:
Some paint wear, several missing /broken panes of glass from main structure, lacking one roof to outbuilding. Lacking engine with drive wheel, engine house roof, one gate section and smoke stack, roof missing a small area of gravel.
