Each unframed (6) Please note condition reports correspond to the prints as they appear online at www.freemansauction.com: 1: Sheet size: 12 13/16 x 9 in. Affixed to paper mat window via two tape pieces at upper left and right corners verso. Sheet with margins. There is pale toning to image and areas of margin that are exposed through window. Image is crisp and dark. There is a very pale ''line'' extending from edge of splate down to rooof on left side- this appears to be an effect of the plate. Overall very good condition. 2: Sheet size: 13 13/16 x 10 15/16 in. Affixed to paper mat window via two tape pieces at upper left and right corners verso. Sheet is clean. Some pale toning to image and exposed margins. Image is crisp and clean. With slight handling marks in uper left corner- these ''marks'' are represented by slight bending to paper, very minor. Overall good condition. 3: Sheet size: 12 5/8 x 8 15/16 in. Sheet is affixed to back of mat via two paper tape corners @ upper left and right corners recto. Image and exposed margins are toned from being exposed to light. This discoloration is very pale. Image is crisp and clean. Sheet with margins. Verso of sheet appears clean. Overall good condition. 4: Sheet size: 12 11/16 x 8 7/8 in. Affixed to back of mat via two tape pieces at upper left and right corner recto. Sheet with margins. Image is lightly toned, as are margins that are exposed through window. There is an approximate 1/4 in. hole in sheet in upper center margins, away from image, no paper apears to be missing from this area. This puncture is also present directly behind sheet through the backing board and on front of mat. There are two pale areas of soiling (?) in lower right margin. Image is crisp and dark. 5: Sheet size: 12 13/16 x 12 3/4 in. Affixed to backing board via paper tape pieces at upper right. There is another paper tape piece at upper left corner, however it is no longer attached to backing board. Sheet is slightly deckled along top edge and more dramatically deckled along left edge. There is some handling related soiling in edges of margins. This sheet appears ''whiter'' than other sheet. There is some foxing in margins. There does not appear to be foxing in the image itself. Image is crisp and dark. 6: 12 13/16 x 9 in. This piece is no longer affixed to mat. There are two paper tape pieces at upper left and right corners recto. Image and exposed margins are slightly toned. Sheet is clean. Image is crisp and dark. With a ''hand made'' watermark. Verso of sheet is clean with minor surface level soiling.

Condition:
Auction buying is wholesale and not the same as retail store or retail internet buying. There are no returns based on condition. Our auction items are mostly vintage, mostly from estates, and are not in perfect condition. The items are sold "as is", and we are acting as agents, not as principals. Accordingly, prospective buyers are entirely responsible for determining the physical condition of lots prior to and as a condition to bidding. Bidders are obligated to determine their level of interest in and value of the items based solely on their own review. To assist prospective bidders in this endeavor, we offer in person open-house preview days prior to the auction, and also provide written condition reports in response to emailed requests submitted to condition@woodburyauction.com at least two days prior to the auction. The printed catalog lot information is a best efforts presentation of our opinion, rendered on a time-sensitive schedule, and is provided for guidance only, without legal obligation, and does not constitute a "statement of fact". The absence of condition statements in a lot catalog entry does not mean that the item is in perfect condition or is without defects. Please understand that our duty is to present the items fairly for bidder consideration and that the bidder's duty is to make independent investigation of the condition of items before bidding.
