Visible loss of paint to all four black dragon handles, loss of paint to the gold rims of each vase. Surface scratch to wedding scene measuring in 5.1 cm (2 in.). One of the black dragon handles has been repaired with an adhesive, leaving a small hairline crack, which is visible to the naked eye. Interior of vase with wedding scene and figure eight handles appears to be chipping and peeling of paint. Inspection under UV shows retouching to the figure eight handles. N.B.
