- KEN CARLSON (B. 1945) SPIRAL PORCUPINE
KEN CARLSON (B. 1945) SPIRAL PORCUPINE BASKET. Woven oxidized copper. Gold pen signed and dated '92 on the bottom H:11.25'' Condition: This item is hand made and has intentional bends and patina thus making it difficult to identify actual unintentional aspects. This condition report is a general observation about the over all piece. This piece has a uniform green patina and has many spots along the top two inches of brown copper sufrace (lack of patina) the basket is scattered with subtle bends and dents assumably intentional by maker. There is a medium amount of dust build up in crevices mostly on the bottom of the inside. Overall piece is in good condition.
