A French Faience Covered Vase,
A French Faience Covered Vase, Possibly Sceaux With a rococo influence to the shapes and the decorations, the vase and lid measure approx. 8-1/2"H. The base, handles and finial all have similar foliate flourishes. It is busily hand decorated in plum, rose, blue, yellow and green, with landscapes featured on either side, one containing the image of a lady in a long gown.
