Beer Street and Gin Lane two well known engravings issued in 1750/51 by English artist William Hogarth in support of what would become the Gin Act. Each on heavy wove paper scattered small foxing some toning framed and under glass*(not examined out of frame). Engraving measures 12 7/8 x 15 3/8 to the bevel framed dimension 18 1/2'' x 22 5/8''. Shipping weight approximately 8 lbs.
