GEORGES MARONIEZ PAINTING OIL ON BOARDGeorges Maroniez (French, 1865-1933). Oil on board painting depicting a group of women working on the seaside at sunrise. The golden dawn light peeks through the clouds, and is beautifully rendered against the figures and the water. Signed along the lower right. A brass nameplate affixed to the frame gives the artist's name.
