FOUR CARVED FOOD MOLDS. American and Continental 19th century wood. Maple sugar or springerle molds depicting: two intricately carved angels flanking a shield inscribed ''Gut Brod'' surmounted by a heart with flames surrounded by a floral and foliate motif. 4.25''h. 7.25''w.; two part mold with seven designs including a dog. 12''l.; and a two part mold with a Noah's ark theme. 10.75''l. Together with a cookie board having two molds - a rooster and a man on horseback. 20''h. 7.5''w. Expected signs of use and wear. Large board has a split that runs the length of the piece the back has been reinfoced with two narrow boards.
