One rounded corner with edge veneer chipping loss. two other corners with minor edge chips and general wear scratches and scuffing. The feet have some finish loss due to moisture. The veneer/ finish has some flaking starting but still under control. Good overall color - no evidence of sun fade. Fair to good condition not pristine.
