WILHELM KAGE (SWEDISH), TWO GUSTAVSBERG ARGENTA VESSELS Made in Sweden, the first is a circular centerpiece with applied semi-circular handles, a short recessed footed base, the interior decorated with three bands of silver inlay, 917 (2 3/4 x 9 1/2 x 10 in.); the second is a bowl with short applied scroll handles, the interior decorated with the form of an infant mermaid, 856 II (3 1/4 x 8 x 6 1/2 in.). Both signed on the underside.

Sugar bowl has a decorated swing handle and both pieces are on 3 ball feet. 3.75'' sugar tongs are similarly patterned with illegible mark. All pieces are marked GK. Sugar bowl measures 3.5'' diameter and creamer measures 2.25'' h. Total weight 11.250 T.O.
