Beijer, Amsterdam", ochre marble case, the marks stamped "JF, Ad. Mougin" (14 x 17 x 6 in.); together with an architectural brass cased clock with enamel face, hinged beveled glass door, pierced brass hinged rear door, the works stamped "H.P. & Co., A.1" (12.5 x 10 x 6 in.).

ANTIQUE FRENCH GILT BOULLE
ANTIQUE FRENCH GILT BOULLE BRACKET CLOCKA late?19th c. French bracket clock, by H.P. & Co. Paris. The ebonized wood case is covered in exquisite boulle inlay of red tortoiseshell and gilt metal, with cast brass appliques. The decorated brass dial, behind bowed glass, is fitted with enamel discs hand-painted with navy Roman numerals. The movement is engraved "57691", matching the number stamped on the cast metal?Sun King pendulum. The movement is also engraved "HP & Co", and serialized "11010". 12.25 x 6.25 x 4 inches.
Condition
One of the metal inlays near the top is raised and loose. Some areas of metal inlay show wear to gilding. Apparent repair to the enamel disc of Roman numeral VIII. Not tested for working movement.?

FRENCH BRACKET CLOCK & STANDA French Louis XV style Lacquered bracket clock and stand. 8-day time and strike movement stamped "H & F, Paris, 620", porcelain dial with blue Roman numerals, with pendulum and key. Ogee shape clock with red tortoise and black lacquer veneer in the boulle style, brass inlay at the front side, raised on a separate platform stand. The square plate beneath the finial is not flat; brass trim is rippling in several pieces and is lifting at the lower left corner of the front side; the catch on the door does not extend enough to close it completely. Several losses to the stand's veneer, as well as the brass. Not running when catalogued. Clock, 14 1/2" high; the stand 9 x 2 1/4" high. ESTIMATE $600-1,000

ANTIQUE FIGURAL "HENRI VOISIN" FRENCH MANTEL CLOCK 14" x 9 ½" x 5" Gilt bronze neoclassical style clock, white enamel dial, marked on dial and the movement "Henri Voisin", figure on the right of a classically dressed maiden, pointing at the central cartouche depicting Louis XVI in profile. Surrounded by Oak leaves and acorns. Black enameled wooden base with gilt rosettes. The case is gold gilt bronze using the mercury evaporative technique. The movement has a cord suspension, which was popular from 1840 thru 1860. The clock runs as well as chimes (hour/half-hour), but will require a simple strip and clean as nothing has been done as far as maintenance for decades. Mated to lot 387.

Clock measures approx. 16-3/4"H x 12-1/2"W x 6-1/2"D, pendulum approx. 38"L. Date of 1889 on a barrel at the upper right, another inscription at the upper left illegible. Name of "Renard Geillert" written on the wood backing inside.
