Haviland French gilt porcelain
Haviland French gilt porcelain dinnerware. Manufactured by Haviland and retailed by Alph-Hupsch in the Netherlands. Each pieces is decorated with a ruffled and gilt rim and is marked on base ''Haviland France Alph-Hupsch 's-Hertogenbosch''. Includes (18) 9.75'' plates (3) 5.4'' tall x 9'' wide compotes (1) 15.75'' circular platter with draining insert (slightly different pattern than the rest) and a 16'' circular platter with porcelain insert. Condition: chip and hairline to edge of large platter chip to rim of one compote numerous minor chips to plates minor wear to gilding see images. Total shipping weight 35 lbs.

Four-Piece Collection of Haviland and Company, Limoges, White and Gold Porcelain, third quarter 19th century, consisting of a three-piece coffee service in "Ivy" decor, comprised of a coffeepot, h. 8-1/2", a covered two-handled sugar basin and cream pitcher, all marked H. & C., impressed underglaze, and a similar oval covered two-handled vegetable tureen with an applied oblong plaque obscurely impressed "Haviland", underglaze, h. 5-1/2", l. 10-3/4", all of the pieces with a gold-detailed ribbed melon finial.
