HERMES HORSE SADDLE, WITH STRAPS AND STIRRUPS.Mid 20th c. Brown leather, chrome buttons signed "Hermes Paris". Also stamped "SGDG Hermes" in the leather. Chrome stirrups with hard rubber foot rests. Original leather straps. Leather is also stamped PDF for Pamela Fessenden (Groton C2 horse jumping team captain in 1966). Also has a brass plaque on back of cantle "Mary Elizabeth Ames", the consignor, from the Oliver Ames family, Easton, MA. 18" high, 20" long, 13" wide. Good original condition. Comes with a non-matching fleece saddle blanket.
