The young girl in this portrait is accompanied by her puppy and stands before a painting of a park or garden in which the painter has wittily signed his name in the lower right rather than signing the portrait in the lower margin.? The detail of her lace petticoats and collar are excellent and demonstrate Horacio's artistic skill. Condition: Light surface grime.?
