Provenance: The estate of Wallis Warfield Simpson, Duchess of Windsor. The tag on the bedspreads is stamped 1927. At that time, it was the custom for men and women to sleep in separate beds, but in the same room. These elegant linens are in pristine condition but were used occasionally.
