Also contains two full pages plus of advertisements. Important content leading up the ratification of the Constitution of the states of which Connecticut did ratify 3 months later on January 9th 1788 making Connecticut the fifth state to ratify the Constitution. One known copy of this paper resides at the Jonathan Krause Rare Newspaper and Magazine Collection at Indiana University.
