GLASS: SEVEN SMALL INKWELLS, 19TH C., VARIED FORM, ALL WITH AQUA COLORED GLASS, INCLUDING: COLUMBIAN INK BOTTLE, EIGHT SIDED SQUAT, APPLIED HIP WITH PONTIL BOTTOM, WHITTLED THROUGHOUT; EIGHT SIDED IGLOO INK BOTTLE WIT...GLASS: Seven small inkwells, 19th C., varied form, all with aqua colored glass, including: Columbian ink bottle, eight sided squat, applied hip with pontil bottom, whittled throughout; eight sided igloo ink bottle with sheared spout, smooth base; eight sided umbrella ink bottle with pontil; embossed "Dovell's Patent" ink bottle, with conical shape and smooth base; upright barrel shape ink bottle, with center spout, rings throughout body, smooth base. chipping on spout; resting barrel shape ink bottle, with neck on the side, ten rings throughout body; turtle ink well, with smooth base, minor chipping on spout; all have wear consistent with age and use.

A Judaic Silver Container, ca. 20th Century Silver box of cylindrical shape with hinged lid and clasp; raised on four ball feet. Decorated with a Star of David, Crown with lapis cabochon, and Hebrew inscriptions on both sides, framed with serpentine floral edge banding. Lined inside with gilt thread embroidered silk. Stamped with lion mark for 840 silver and maker's mark on top. Measures approx. 5-1/8"H x 2-3/4"W x 2-5/8"D. Weighs approx. 10.66 toz.

An Unusual Chinese Style
An Unusual Chinese Style Container The gold washed silver koro shape has three animal paw feet, two dragon handles with rings, and a geometric pattern at the neck with blue enamel. There is a pierced removable ring at the lip. The lid is in the shape of a pagoda roof with spire and with small bells suspended from the joists around the edge. Below the roof is a removable metal compartment with a pierced rim that is inserted in a rosewood ring. The base of the compartment is stamped "silver". Overall it measures approx. 5"H to the top of the spire.
