Lorioli of Milan The Medal was created on 21 October 1923 to mark the first anniversary of the Fascist March on Rome of 28 October and Mussolini’s assumption of power three days later. Three versions of the medal exist; the most frequently found is the unsigned version by Stefano Johnson of Milan. The version by Lorioli and Castelli is much rarer and that by Lorioli
