A Japanese carved ivory ''Actor'' trick netsuke along with a Chinese carved ivory figure of a fisherman with a dog. The trick (or Karakuri) netsuke is black highlighted signed on base and mounted to a gold tone loop. One side of the face shows a young woman's face and the other a ugly gnarled face. Condition: Chinese fisherman is slightly coming off stand tip of fishing rod has broken off fish needs to be re-strung see images. Trick netsuke measures 2.4'' tall and fisherman measures 6'' tall to tip of rod. Shipping weight .5 lb.
