A large wheel-thrown jar and cover, having applied handles and speckled white glazes applied both inside and out. Bears the artist's F monogram stamp to the base.
Provenance : From the estate of Wilbur Niewald, the noted artist and longtime colleague and friend of Ferguson.
Condition
Good condition, with no chips. There are firing hairlines: one near the base of the vessel, and a network to the underside (not an active issue).
