She sold some things to pay for her sons tuition at college / Thaddeus Stevens. Also included is a cdv titled Managers of the House of Representatives of the Impeachment of Andrew Johnson with Stevens seated in the front row second from left with Brady's backmark; plus a cdv of General Benjamin Butler with Brady's backmark. Butler was also one of the Representatives involved in Johnson's impeachment.The cdvs are accompanied by a 3 x 5 in. card signed Thaddeus Stevens / Penn. which was once removed from a Civil War-era autograph album; and Memorial Addresses on the Life and Character of Thaddeus Stevens Delivered in the House of Representatives Washington D.C.
