Set on a rectangular base on a fluted column with four turned feet. Seated on the base is a figure of a bewigged gentleman holding a spade and a branch. on the other side of the base his hat sits atop a large watering can. There are two turned posts at the back of the base. The works are visible through a domed glass door at the back engraved with "Fremy"..." A Paris".
