SC JOHNSON WAX DESK & CHAIR FRANK LLOYD WRIGHTOriginally designed in 1936 for the S.C. Johnson Wax Company's Administrative Office Building in Racine, Wisconsin by Frank Lloyd Wright, this rare iconic work desk and chair made by Cassina. In 1985, the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation granted Cassina an exclusive license to produce this writing desk , 1 (617) and chair, 2 (618) from Wright's original blueprints for Johnson Wax. These pieces are no longer made. Tubular steel frame with three natural wood table tops and arms. Both pieces are numbered, desk, 0207, chair 0261 and have the Cassina and Frank Lloyd Wright names and trademark logos. Also included is the assembly instructions and matching numbered booklets for desk and chair. Desk measures approx. (top level) 33 3/4" h x 84" w x 32" d. Chair approx. 34" tall x 24" x 21".
