(some rubbing and drying crackle to paint, trim loss to lower left edge, wood loss to one pull); the second a bandbox in oval bentwood construction with wallpaper pasting to exterior, newspaper lined interior dating 1859 (4 x 9 1/2 x 7 1/4 in.) (Some scattered paper loss to decoupage and interior lining).

VINTAGE KEEPSAKE COLLECTION TRAY TABLE & SHELLdisplay. Both in printers' trays. The smaller with a variety of shells. The larger with mostly children's' small toys and miniature items including: a pair of probably gold claw earrings and 2 elk teeth. Largest: 16 1/2" high, 17 1/4"wide, 32" long. Soiling, glass top loose on table, some items glued down, losses. Provenance: Property from a Fairfield County Estate.
