Decorated with stylized multicolor flower. Marked "Boch F La Louviere" "Made in Belgium". Numbered 5771. Boch Freres Keramis (B.F.K.) Beautiful and very rare ashtray, decor D5771. An intertwined decor of multicoloured flowers in enamel by Raymond Chevalier, artistic director at Royal Boch during the 1940s/1950s. After Catteau, Raymond Henri Chevalier (1900 - 1959) was the most important designer of Boch Keramis from La Louviere.
