Worldcat locates only one copy of this edition at Dartmouth College. Pages worn with toning throughout; crude restoration to first two leaves with some loss at fore edges; a few tears to vellum.

Replaced cross, resurfaced base, repairs to figure including some retouch and reglued proper right arm, crackle and flaking on polychrome surface, wear to gilding. Said to have come from a bombed-out church in Munich, Germany, during World War II.
