(8.26 CM.)ORDER OF KUWAIT, 18K YELLOW GOLD AND ENAMEL FIRST CLASS, BREAST STAR AND SASH BADGE WITH CITATION, GIVEN TO GENERAL POWELL, 1993, in light blue and white enamel, with an eight-point star, the flag of Kuwait, set against a gold starburst, the sash bad of identical design, both stamped 750 with English gold hallmarks for Birmingham, weights of medals: 92.9 grams and 186 grams including the enamel, with blue and white sash; comes with citation, green border and Arabic inscription, in large ivory colored envelope, the citation size 9 in.
