Originally sat in the General Manager's office in the Netherland Plaza Hotel in Cincinnati Ohio from 1932-1954. It was acquired by the secretary to the General Manager when the hotel went through some interior upgrades in 1954-55. Has been in the current owner's family since 1954. The Netherland Plaza Hotel, now run by Hilton, is listed as a National Historical landmark, still exemplifying the grand Art Deco style.
