An Impressive Art Nouveau Luneville Vase The lily design vase glazed ceramic vase has a white petal upper rim and stem-like handle wrapping around the body and terminating in a large leaf. The body of this vase is accented with gilt outlined and hand-painted white blossoms and green leaves. Measures apprx 19" H x 13"W. Marked on verso "Luneville T.170". Verso also has a fragment of a sticker with partial wording in French. This was featured on the Luneville catalogue.

CHINESE NEOLITHIC POTTERY COVERED JAR, 3RD MILLENIUM BC Ceremonial Jar in white clay, Liangzhu culture, having a tall hollow pierced foot, low bulbous belly with long broad tapered neck having two small lugs, the dome lid with two piercings (possibly to lash to lug) and featuring a tapered 'cup' attached to the underside. Very unusual form. 5" x 4" diam. Repaired lid.
