A Neoclassical Maiden Seven Light Metal Candelabrum Cast metal figure of a maiden with black finish holding a jar in her left hand and a basket by her right hand on her head ascending on a central stem to six upswept arms with acanthus leaf design; raised on square pedestal with applied wreaths on sides and lyre surrounded by a laurel leaves at the front felt underneath. No marks found. Measures apprx. 32-1/4"T x 12-1/2"W at arms. Prov: from the collection of Frederick Hale McDuff.
