The blade appears to be in good condition with light wear throughout a few small dings and some pitting.? There is a 2'' long hairline indention to the blade four inches from the point.

Japanese Wakizashi sword signed ''Noshu Ju Yasuharu'' with a long blade with one hole an iron tsuba decorated with a village scene and signed Jakushi (c. 1750). The temper line is bright medium straight with minor surface stains and rust no bends and chips. The iron handle fittings with enlarged gold dragons in clouds the scabbard of crushed abalone in green lacquer with some minor loss with a red copper kozuka and blade. Circa - 1830-1850.
