Three Japanese carved ivory Katakuri or ''trick'' netsukes. Includes a netsuke depicting two men guarding a building with a woman inside a man holding a pot and painting a picture and an old woman. The building netsuke reveals the woman when tilted the painter's tongue sticks out when tilted and the old woman's face turns from happy to sad. All three are signed on base. Condition: old woman shows signs of age some discoloration to ivory see images. Building measures 1.6'' tall old woman measures 1.9'' tall and painter measures 2.5'' tall. Shipping weight .2 lbs.
