Limoges Porcelain Square Sweetmeats Tray, fourth quarter 19th century, in the Sevres style, mounted in gilt brass as a footed centerpiece, the bleu celeste border with four equidistant elliptical floral reserves, the cavetto centered with a gilt-bordered reserve of a dancing galants couple, signed on the reverse with the mark of Martial Redon et Compagnie, Limoges (active 1882-1896), in green and a pseudo-Sevres interlaced "L's" and a date letter for 1753 in overglaze light blue, h. 5-1/2", w. 12-1/2".
