PR MEISSEN VASES PLUS INKWELL1st and 2nd items: Pair of Meissen Neoclassical style porcelain vases or garniture urns with gilt trim, figural snake or serpent handles, egg and dart molded rims, elaborate hand painted floral spray designs, each raised on a round footed base with fluted and leaf/dart decoration. Underglaze blue crossed sword marks with Arabic numbers below and impressed E 153 to undersides. 10 1/2" H. Circa 1823. 3rd item: Porcelain inkwell, the bisque lid comprised of a figural scene with woman holding a child atop a dog, pitcher with spilled glass and ball beside them and a fence with foliage behind them. Inkwell is glazed with gilt scroll design and removable bisque-bottomed well and sander. Impressed mark S & S. 6" H. Continental, Mid 19th century. Condition:
Loss of gilding to snakes, regilding to other trim on vases. On inkwell, child's hand is missing and there is a repaired chip to the woman's hat; pitcher is missing its handle. Light wear to gilding.

All pieces with blue crossed swords Meissen mark, impressed number marks, and gilt number marks. Heights ranging in size from 1 3/4" H to 10 3/4" H. Diameters ranging in size from 3 1/8" dia. to approx. 6 1/2" dia. Late 19th century.
Condition:
Set in overall good condition. Scattered wear to gilt trim, especially to rims. Creamer with chipping to spout. Coffee pot with a couple of fleabites to rim.

All the pieces are marked with the Meissen crossed swords and colored yellow with floral accents. The teapot is 7-1/2" tall the creamer is 5" tall the sugar is 4-1/2" tall and the cups are 2" tall. The saucers are 5" in diameter and the tray is 16-3/4" x 12-3/4."

Base with blue underglaze crossed swords mark and impressed marks. 5 1/4" H. German, 19th century.
Condition:
1st item: Chip to front of head scarf, restoration to pitcher. 2nd item: Fleabite chip to underside of base. 3rd item: Losses to tip of one wing. Old repair to left hand. Winged heart broken and repaired.
