The firm had important American clients, and it is likely that this clock was assembled in Britain and sold to the US after 1890. Estimate ?2 000-3 000 Overall in very good condition porcelain dial panels and finials all in good order with only some slight losses to the raised gilt work enamelling equally in good order with a few small pits but no other faults noted only fault to effect this clock to any degree is the lack of a spacer between the top of the case and the finial where we feel there should have been an additional piece ormolu to case work equally good with a little rubbing at some of the extremities and some wear at the back behind the finial movement in good clean order comes with mercury pendulum.
