The top engraved with a royal flush in hearts above the phrase “a fairly good hand.” Florally detailed sides incorporating the faces of gods and goddesses. Compartmentalized interior accommodating a single deck and dozens of chips. 6 ¾ x 4 ½ x 1 ½”. Stamped by the manufacturer.

Along with 10 vols. of Massachusetts Civil War soldiers' books compiled by the Adjutant General, printed at the Norwood, MA Press, 1931-1933. To include: two vol I, II, III, IV, VI, VII, VIII MA soldiers, sailors, and mariners in the Civil War, and the Index to army record. Along with vol II MA Army & Navy, 1861-1865. 10" x 7". Blue cloth boards, 3 which show slight chipping and wear to the spine ends and board edges. Light foxing. Several show staining to exterior of boards.
