The work was done by Hank Kluin of Burgess and Company Red Bank N.J. Hank passed away at an early age about two years ago; he was considered the premier Cavalry equipment historian and leather smith. His items are truly tomorrow's museum pieces today. He made all the accessories for this saddle. He made the 1904 saddle bags and stir-ups girth all straps and earlier officer's valise with brass eagles. Condition: Excellent.
