Condition: Barrel and action retains 90% of the original blue finish. Breechblock with traces of case color mostly turning brown. Walnut stock has had a coat of Tru-oil applied. Still retains a good cartouche; the stock has a cut out where the receiver sight was added. Bore is excellent.

Brass mounted with walnut stock and two cartouches on the left flat of stock opposite of the lockplate. Still retains the original ramrod. Rifle has a period rifled-musket leather sling with the single-necked brass hook. Condition: Entire rifle has a nice untouched ''been together'' look. Barrel and lock with deep dark brown patina with some pitting around the bolster and breech. Brass has untouched patina. Stock has nice open-grained look with two readable cartouches. Stock has some minimal nicks and dings.

Lockplate marked Jenks RI 1812 at the rear of plate; under the pan is an eagle with US in the talons. Flat-style lockplate with rounded pan flat hammer. Walnut stock with three barrel bands. Condition: All metal has been lightly cleaned to bright with some light staining and pitting. There is some pitting around the touch hole. Stock is excellent. Very sharp and crisp musket.

A. WATERS MODEL 1836 FLINTLOCK PISTOLAn extremely nice US Model 1836 single shot flintlock pistol, dated 1841, with exceptionally clear martial marks on lock, stock, and barrel. The barrel is marked US over JH over P, and two oval cartouches are clearly visible on the stock. Dimensions: 14 inches long overall, with the barrel being 8.5 inches long. Processing and shipping within the continental U.S. $32.00 plus 1.5% replacement cost insurance.
Condition:
Very good, with staining on the barrel and mounts, but no abuse or wear. There is a small crack just in front of the lock, and a couple of minor scratches. The lockplate is dark, but the markings are exceptional. The screw on the cock is possibly a replacement. There is minor pitting above the vent hole, and at the muzzle.
