  1951 MG TD ROADSTER VIN: NCS93907 with a 1.3 liter four cylinder engine, and a Hi-Gear five-speed manual transmission conversion using a Ford Type 9 gearbox. The SU carburetors were rebuilt by Bob johnson in 2016. A Petronix electronic ignition was added, regulator upgraded, and the car was rewired during recent restoration. Documentation supports most areas of the car have been addressed or upgraded. Original white car repainted in Irish Green, with new black interior. A new Burlwood dash was installed and many interior parts updated. A sheepskin lined bonnet belt was added, along with Lucas driving lights, and a 15" Brooklands steering wheel, New fender mirrors and side mirrors with a tinted visor were added. The original wheels were blasted and painted Bonded Silver Sparkle, with new chrome centers. With a new convertible top, as well as side curtains are present. A top cover and tonneau cover are present and appear new. This lot subject to reserve.
