FOUR JAPANESE CARVED WOOD NETSUKE AND ORNAMENTS Includes first a carved wood netsuke in shape of a rectangular demon (yokai) face with extremely broad mouth and revealed upper row of teeth, ornamental arranged wrinkles, bone or ivory set eyes, signature plate is broken out, second a small crouching man lifting a rock his facial expression is of intense concentration the muscle shows in his arms and his spine bones are evident on his lower back, two holes to underside, signature plate is broken out, third a carved wooden netsuke with a mouse seated on a cart eating the beautiful mushrooms being carried, and fourth is a small carved wooden ornament of two men clasping hands.
