DUPONT BLASTING MACHINE NO. 3An early 20th century Dupont blasting machine (no. 3), having a wooden case with dovetail construction and the original leather strap handle.
Measures 18" x 6" x 8 1/4".
Condition
The plunger operates without issue. The leather handle is in very good condition. The case shows a fair amount of aging and wear, and the metal plaques have some detail rubbed away.

COPY OF A SMITH AND WESSON NO. 2 OLD MODEL REVOLVER. A.k.a. Model No. 2 Army. A period English copy .32 caliber 5 13/16'' octagonal barrel six-shot cylinder blued finish and walnut grips. The top of the barrel is engraved 'Smith & Wesson's Revolver No. 1765'' and there are British proofmarks on the cylinder. S/n 1765. Sold at James D. Julia (Maine) October 2000 lot 958. Retains much of its original blueing original finish on the grips.

Retains 75% or better of origina blue and plating with some scattered oxidation on the frame and straps bore with light oxidation smooth action extra barrel with 75% blue and light oxidation on the bore.
