Spanish Old Master painting, three-quarter portrait of a nobleman leaning against a table, unsigned, oil on canvas, Spanish School, 17th century, 23-3/4 x 28-1/2 in.; 18th century carved and gilt wood 17th century style Bolognese plate frame. Lined and restretched on later stretcher, large "L" shaped tear above head, some lifting from lining, craquelure, crackle, cupping, cleavage, several periods of restoration with retouch throughout affecting approximately 70 percent of surface; frame resurfaced with minor losses.
